Web Reservation Agent
We are looking for an individual who is a quick learner, the ability to work well under pressure, multi task and computer skills. The web reservations agent will be responsible for processing bookings, credit card verifications, and providing superior customer service. You will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly, helpful attitude and will be required to work shift work including Evening and weekends. Full-time and Part-time employment is available. Must be TICO Certified.
