About this resort

Welcome to the Viva Wyndham Azteca in Playa del Carmen (Mayan Riviera), Mexico. If a sense of adventure is always the first thing you pack, Viva Wyndham Azteca All-Inclusive Resort is the perfect destination. Go windsurfing, take a catamaran lesson, or spend a few hours kayaking – it's all free. Equipment is available at our Water Sports Center. Simply flash your bracelet and you're good to go. Then play tennis, take a salsa lesson, or go biking. And yes, it's all part of the package. No matter what else you do, be sure to take time to relax by our ocean-view pool with its round palapa bar.

Since having fun can give you a real appetite, all your meals and even cocktails are included in the price of your stay. So you'll want to experience our lively two bars and tempting four restaurants. As an added bonus, all guests at Viva Wyndham Azteca are welcome to enjoy the restaurants at our sister property Viva Wyndham Maya and to indulge at their Renova Spa. After a day of all-out fun, kick back in your ocean-view or garden-view guestroom. Those planning a beachfront wedding or professional gathering will find our customizable event space as unique as the resort itself.
